Christine Michael and Knile Davis Top Fantasy Football RB Handcuffs For Marshawn Lynch and Jamaal Charles In 2013 Drafts
Dressing athletes up in multi-generational costumes isnt exactly a new thing when it comes to commercials. Remember the LeBrons ? How about Kyrie Irvings Uncle Drew series ? That said, the latest promo for Madden NFL 25 featuring Arian Foster and Marshawn Lynch (or should we say, their fathers Darian Foster and Marshawn Lynch, Sr.) certainly elevates the genre. Here are our five favorite concepts from the ad. 1) Marshawn Lynchs hair Its majestic throughout the whole commercial, but paired with this jacket.incredible. 2) Russell Wilson Authentic Jersey Young Arian Foster pulling a convertible Is that a Mazda Miata? I think thats a Mazda Miata. 3) Young Marshawn Lynchs running drill against a grizzly.
Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch – 2013 Fantasy Football Outlook
Davis had some fumbling problems in the preseason, but Reid said it was not much of an issue and since he can also return kicks, he likely will get more chances on the field over Cyrus Gray behind Charles. Charles is just a year off of ACL surgery and while he made it through last season, there is always a chance he could get hurt again and Reid will be aware of how much he is on the field after dealing with a foot issue in the preseason. Lynch has been one of the most consistent and productive backs over the past three years and he has been the goal line back for the Seahawks and Michael could come in and do some damage when Lynch is off the field or if he gets hurt. Lynch is ranked second in the NFL in rushing over the past two seasons and he has been solid out of the backfield and even though he will get the bulk of carries for the Seahawks, Michael looks like a better handcuff option than Robert Turbin. Michael didn’t put up great numbers in the preseason, but he rushed for 13 carries and had two catches in the preseason finale and his size will give him a chance to get into the game for Lynch. Many see Michael as a future running back for Seattle and he could surprise this season if given enough chances, just like Davis. Michael was picked number 62 from Texas A&M in the second round and that came before a number of talented players in April. Turbin will still be in the mix for the Seahawks, but it looks like Michael will get more opportunities as the season wears on and he could be a sleeper after rushing fort 186 yards and a touchdown in the preseason. He had an athletic 40-yard score in the preseason and that type of play could get him on the field more consistently.
Gurley earns Jamal Lews/Marshawn Lynch comp
Every carry he gets, its like his last carry, Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson said earlier this month. He fights for every yard and it shows. Thats the type of guy you want behind you. Lynch is all the rage in Seattle, where fans showered him with Skittles after he set a new franchise record by getting into the end zone for the ninth consecutive game. Why, you ask? Well, on Dec. 1, NFL Network cameras showed Lynch gobbling up a handful of Skittles on the sideline during Seattles romp over Philadelphia. Duce Staley had his pickle juice , and now Lynch has his own form of fuel.

He also had 10 100-yard rushing games and the Seahawks expect him to carry the offense even as Russell Wilson improves. Lynch is at the peak of his career now and should put up similar numbers that he did in 2012. Fantasy Downside Lynch is a very physical runner so you are always concerned he is going to get beat up physically. He also is not involved in the passing game as much as you would like, but that’s minor in the bigger picture. Keep an eye on his fumbles as he lost the ball five times. Bottom Line Lynch is a top 5 back again in 2013. In fact, he is a better pick then the likes of Arian Foster and Ray Rice. His yardage might be a little lower because of Wilson, but not much. The TDs should stay the same or even be better.

Bama WR Bell tweets retirement from football Alabama senior WR Kenny Bell appears to have announced his retirement from football via Twitter. “I know Im going to lose so many friends and followers and get more negative talk from people but truth is I [don’t] care,” Bell posted, “[I].ts been a nice run but Im hanging up my cleats… time too [sic] focus on my responsibilities MY KIDS. Ive made so many memories here (at) Alabama but some things you gotta let go. Salute to the team yall keep grinding and win that championship.” Bell was listed as a co-starter during the preseason but did not register a catch in the season opener against Virginia Tech. Noles’ Joyner tallies two sacks in CB debut Florida State senior Lamarcus Joyner tallied nine tackles, including two sacks, in his debut at CB. Joyner was able to get to the quarterback on nickel packages, hiding his blitz intentions to open up free lanes. This is a good sign for his pro potential, since it is the package Joyner will have to thrive in. He’s a smaller built safety/corner hybrid, but Joyner plays much bigger than his listed height.
The 12th man was so noisy and booming, that the ground was literally rocking. In fact, a nearby seismometer registered activity over 100 yards! The Seahawks had beaten the Saints in one of the biggest NFL Playoff upsets the league has ever seen. One that would still be written and read about over nine years later as if it occurred yesterday. The Seahawks eventually lost in the playoffs that year, however Lynch was doing pretty well for himself the following seasons in Seattle. Enough to push the front office brass in Seattle to offer him a four-year extension worth $31 million. While Lynch was the spotlight in Seattle, AP was still captivating the limelight across the nation. Since entering the league in 2007, AP has gained over 8500 rushing yards and 75 touchdowns. Lynch has only gained a little more than 6000 yards and 45 touchdowns. AP has won numerous All-Pro honors, an MVP award, and someone somewhere is rumored to have an orange peanut ready for him.
